This page sets out who sells RedMirror Reflection, what it costs, how it is delivered, and how to cancel or seek a refund. It complements our Terms & License Agreement and Privacy Policy, and is provided for transparency and for jurisdictions that require a commercial-transactions disclosure.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly, in advance, by credit or debit card or by PayPal, and renew automatically each month until you cancel. Payment is taken at the time of purchase and on each monthly renewal. Card and PayPal payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.
Access is delivered electronically and immediately. After a successful trial signup or purchase we email your activation licence to the address you provide. You install the software from https://dist.redmirror.io and activate it with that licence. There is no physical product and no shipping fee.
You can cancel a paid subscription at any time from your account at license.redmirror.io/account. Cancelling stops all future billing. The software keeps working until its current weekly licence lease expires (about a week), then stops running; it never alters or deletes your code. The free trial needs no cancellation, it simply expires after 7 days.
Amounts already charged for a completed month are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law, or at our discretion for a billing error. If a licence was never delivered, or was delivered in error, email support@devs.mu and we will make it right. Any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your own country are unaffected by this page.
These commercial terms, and the Terms & License Agreement they sit alongside, are governed by the laws of Mauritius, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your own jurisdiction.
